Jessi Spath is a Certified RRCA Running Coach with over a decade of experience in running, and specializes in training for half and full marathons. She found her love for running after years of living a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle, and wants to help others find their happiness in an active and healthy way. Her passion is to motivate people to take that first literal step in the right direction, whether it be a first 5k or a marathon PR. All it takes is that first step out the door! Jessi is here to be your biggest supporter and loudest cheerleader!
Whether it is running a six minute mile, or walking just one mile a day....just get moving! Being active and increasing your heartrate with exercise is proven to reduce depression, anxiety, and strengthen muscles to live a longer and healthier life. Nothing is as simple as just walking out your front door. Running and walking is completely free, and it can change your entire life.
That is where The Run Momma comes into the picture. We provide several different training plans to reach your goals; from a first time 5k to a marathon PR, we can get you to that finish line. If you are not interested in racing or do not have a specific goal in mind, Jessi can also work with you to set some goals and crush them! Running is for everyone and everybody. A mile is a mile no matter how fast you go.
